General Fair Information


The 166h Annual Franklin County Fair will be held at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Greenfield, Massachusetts, from September 4-7, 2014 - this year's theme is A Timless Tradition.

This year's poster was designed by Caitlin von Schmidt.

Mega Pass wristbands
will be available for Reithoffer Shows Midway Rides at the Fairgrounds any day but Saturday. Advance online Mega Pass sales at the Reithoffer website are now over.

Thursday Special - $5.00 admission
Adult (18-59) - $10.00
Senior (60 plus) - $7.00

Inside Parking - $5.00
Outside Parking (Green River Lot) - $5.00
Friday Only - Senior Citizens PARK free until 1:00 pm. (with paid admission)

Pre-Fair Tickets

Pre-fair tickets are no longer available this year.

Mega Pass Wristbands

Mega Pass wristbands are available for $20 for any day. You can buy wristbands at the Fairgrounds any day but Saturday. Online advance sales at the Reithoffer Shows website are now over.

Parking and Shuttle Service

Parking inside the Fairgrounds - $5.00
(using the Car Gate on Wisdom Way )
Parking outside the Fairgrounds - $5.00
Park across the street from the Main Gate
Friday Only - Senior Citizens PARK free until 1:00 pm. with paid admission

Off-site Parking at the Greenfield Corporate Center and Greenfield Savings Bank Parking Lots located on Munson Street. These free parking lots are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. Free shuttle service will be offered. Our thanks to Greenfield Savings Bank and the Greenfield Corporate Center for their generosity.

Shuttle Bus
Free shuttle Friday, Saturday & Sunday to the fairgrounds. Pickups locations are at Court Square and behind Wilson's Department Store in the municipal parking lot (Chapman/Davis); parking in the municipal lot is currently free. The shuttle runs from Friday 11:00 am. to 10:00 pm., and Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am. to 10:00 pm. The shuttle leaves the Fairgrounds Main Gate approximately every 1/2 hour.
